This work is personal

I built this platform not just to teach, but to walk with you—because I’ve lived it.I’m a husband, father, endurance athlete, writer, and coach.
But more than that, I’m someone who knows what it feels like to lose rhythm, and what it takes to find your way back.
The turning point came when our daughter Nora was diagnosed with Dup15q Syndrome.
It changed everything.
My idea of success shifted. It wasn’t about doing more, chasing titles, or pushing harder.
It became about living in alignment. About building a life that honored my values while still pursuing growth.
That moment lit the spark that became LifeMomentum.
I don’t just teach this work, I live it.
